Aligned Energy Healing is Lacey’s signature approach to energy work, blending Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®), Sound Healing, Sacred Geometry, and trance-channeling with the angelic realms and the Divine.
Each session is intuitively guided and may incorporate Reiki, the violet angelic energy and integration points of IET®, sound frequencies, sacred geometric symbols received through Archangel Michael, and higher-realm guidance. Together, these practices support emotional and energetic release, clearing of old patterns, and greater balance within the energy body.
No two sessions are exactly alike. Each experience is guided by what arises in the moment, creating space to release, realign, reconnect, and receive guidance for the path ahead.

Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® is an advanced form of Reiki that combines traditional Usui Reiki with the deeply healing energy of Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki®. Karuna, meaning “compassionate action,” focuses on bringing healing energy to the deeper layers of the emotional, energetic, and spiritual body.
This gentle yet powerful energy work supports the release of old patterns, promotes deep relaxation and energetic balance, and encourages greater peace, clarity, and connection within. Each session allows the Reiki energy to flow where it is most needed, supporting your own natural healing process.

IIntegrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that supports emotional and energetic release. Often described as helping to get the “issues out of the tissues,” IET works with the angels and the violet angelic energy ray to help release stored emotions, limiting patterns, and energetic blockages held within the body.
Through specific integration points, IET helps you gently let go of what no longer serves you, creating space for greater peace, balance, emotional freedom, and connection to your authentic self.
